If you prefer to book your accommodation at a different hotel, feel free to do so. However, please bear in mind that the forum will take place at the same time as the UEFA EURO 2020蜜桃视频 championship, so there will be a high demand for hotel rooms in Munich. In this case we recommend you to book your accommodation well in advance.
The dress code for the Alumni Forum is business casual. For the gala party at BMW Welt on Saturday 20 June, we recommend black tie/cocktail dress.
Media, filming and photography
INSEAD may engage professional photographers for this event. All sessions will be filmed. We reserve the right to use any film and/or photography from the event in our print and digital marketing collateral. Delegates who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should contact the INSEAD Alumni Relations prior to the event.

The INSEAD Alumni Association of Germany (IAAG) is partnering with the school to bring you the INSEAD Alumni Forum Europe 2020.

蜜桃视频The INSEAD Alumni Association of Germany (IAAG) has organised a Children’s Camp at the forum venue, so your children can have fun during the weekend while you and your partner enjoy the Alumni Forum sessions.
The Children’s Camp is free of charge, but places are limited and will be booked on a first-com, first-served basis.
蜜桃视频The schedule of the Children's Camp will be synchronous with the forum schedule, and will thus be available on Friday afternoon and Saturday all day, for children aged 3 to 10 years old:
- Friday afternoon from 13:30 to 18:15
- Saturday morning from 8:00 to 12:30
- Saturday afternoon from 13:15 to 17:30
All materials will be provided (games, handicrafts, paint, pictures, etc.), including a small surprise.
蜜桃视频As you can imagine, there will be many opportunities for your child to use paint and other “messy” things on the playground. Please dress your child in clothes that can get dirty and/or bring change of clothes. This will allow your child to experience the greatest amount of freedom when participating in the different activities.
For all partners interested in discovering the essence of Munich, the IAAG has organised guided tours to visit its main highlights. All tours will start at the lobby of the MotelOne Deutsches Museum Hotel (Rablstrasse 2, 81669 Munich). Upon request, the itinerary of each tour can be adjusted to accommodate participants’ wishes and interests. Participants can drop out before the following tour block starts.
There is a maximum of 20 participants per tour. If full capacity is reached, it is possible to organise additional tours. The cost of each tour is EUR €20 per person蜜桃视频, and the tickets can be purchased through the link above.
